Bipolar    5.0 µm Bipolar Processes
for analog applications up to 40 volts

 

Bipolar processes with 9 masks offer a fast and cost-effective development of customer specific ASICs. Our processes can be manufactured in two independent foundries and realise low saturation voltage as well as low leakage current and low noise. The high current gain even at low collector current proves a very clean process cycle. With the aid of this process a lot of obsolete ASICs and standard ICs can still be manufactured in the future. ASIC GmbH owns a cell library with numerous basic and macro cells, as for example:

 

        -   NPN-, PNP-transistors und trimming cells

        -   Oxide capacitors, diffused and thinfilm resistors 

        -   Amplifiers, comparators, power references  

        -   Hall cells, oscillators, line drivers
